Logging on

I cannot log onto my course. What should I do?

To Login to your course you need to have a UTPA username and Password. That would be the same username used to logon to the computers on Campus or check your Email. If you do not have one, do not know if you have one or do not remember what the username and password is contact IT Support at 318-5346. If you can login to other UTPA services but not Blackboard you may need to resync your account. This can be done at http://helpdesk.utpa.edu (Use the same password for old and new fields).
