PLEASE NOTE: When submitting a HelpTicket, be sure that you fill out all of the information as accurately as possible. Please do not submit any sensitive information that may be at risk while we attempt to solve your problem, such as your UTPA/Blackboard password. Be sure that you select the category that best describes your problem, as it may take longer to solve your problem if the category is not selected properly. Also, please note that all incidents have a 24-hour turnaround time and are answered by the appropriate technical support representative in the order in which they were received.
Attention: Online tickets submitted Monday through Friday after 5:00PM will not be answered until moring of the following day. Starting December 1, 2008 all tickets submitted online after 12noon Saturday will not be answered until Monday of the following week.
